Melchizedek 101

Place in Organized Religions

There's no getting around this, I have thought this through several times.

And as I believe organized religion is a view through a prism.

I was Baptised in the Catholic Church, and that was my last connection.

But I know the Catholic Church hierarchy, at the top is the Pope.

But the Pope office doesn't appear in any scriptures.

But there's no doubt, that The office of Melchizedek as High Priest absolutely is in Scriptures.

So this question is directed to Catholics, all other denominations, Judaism, and Islam, and the Shawnee Tribe.

For the Catholics, where does Melchizedek fit in Catholic hierarchy?

Judaism, I don't find any other Priest at the level of Melchizedek.

And Islam,your roots are with Abraham, and Melchizedek was his Priest. So you tell me Melchizedek's role in Islam!?

Let me just say holding the office of Melchizedek is complicated !
